Community and Governance
8.1 Community Building
Mathispace will adopt the DAO model (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) with blockchain as the core underlying technology, allowing users to be given greater autonomy and decision-making power. In Mathispace, in addition to being consumers and creators, users can also become managers, working with the Mathispace design team to maintain the metaverse community and create a harmonious virtual society.
The Mathispace community will recruit managers through the following methods:
Post community information on social media platforms to attract the attention of potential managers.
Organise online and offline community events to let potential managers learn about the Mathispace community and join it.
Collaborate with other entertainment communities and projects to expand the reach of the Mathispace community.
8.2 Governance Model
The Mathispace community will adopt clear DAO decision-making mechanisms, such as proposal mechanisms, voting mechanisms, etc. The design team will also design a reasonable governance structure to jointly manage the operation of the community, including core directors, core members, committees, executives, etc., and allocate the responsibilities and authorities of each governance body.
In addition, the Mathispace design team will also ensure the transparency of Mathispace community operations, regularly disclose the details of the decision-making process to community members, and establish an effective dispute resolution mechanism to resolve disputes among community members fairly and equitably.
8.3 Incentive Mechanism
The Mathispace design team will create a reasonable token economic system to encourage community members to participate in community governance and construction. Token incentives will be issued to members who have made contributions based on the following mechanism:
Contribution rewards: Rewards for members who contribute to the community, such as token rewards, honour rewards, etc.
Hierarchy system: Establish a community hierarchy and grant different levels of rights and rewards based on the contributions of community members.
Incentive Plan: Regularly launch incentive plans to encourage community members to participate in specific community activities or tasks.
Partner Program: Establish partnerships with other community projects or entertainment organisations to provide community members with more opportunities and resources.
