The only circulating currency of Mathispace is MATHI, carefully minted by Mathiques, serving as the circulating currency underpinning the entire Mathispace metaverse entertainment platform. MATHI will usher in a novel business model primarily driven by players.
MATHI will provide players and investors with immediate liquidity. The value of MATHI tokens is calculated based on the quantity of building, gaming, trading, and winning activities players engage in. Mathispace aims to replicate real-world economic systems, enabling players to purchase, subscribe, rent, vote, bet, reward, and more.
The main sources of income are as follows:
Company Asset Token: Sale of assets created and developed by the company (land, assets, properties, others).
Transaction fee: Mathexchange charges a 0.1% - 0.5% fee depending on volatility (transaction fee) on all transactions completed with MATHI tokens, and allocates 50% to the staking pool as a reward for token holders who hold MATHI tokens. 50% is allocated to the "Foundation".
Player subscription fees: Mathispace earns revenue from exclusive in-game features, premium assets, etc. through various subscription models.
MATHI is the utility token used as the transaction and interaction foundation throughout the entire Mathispace ecosystem. It is a practical utility token built on the Binance Smart Chain. It will be used by players, creators, and publishers across the ecosystem to facilitate asset and game exchanges, establish a user-based reward platform, and develop an ecosystem where creators and players can share various genuinely unique immersive gaming experiences.
User-generated digital assets are represented as BSC tokens. To ensure the enduring scarcity and verifiable rarity of non-fungible items, MATHI employs the BSC token standard. This standard enables smart contracts to track token ownership at the individual token level: each item has a unique identifier and optional properties stored as metadata.
Artists, creators, players, and landowners can use and acquire MATHI in various ways, including:
The application of MATHI tokens by various entities:
The benefits that each entity can bring to MATHI tokens:
Users
Gameplay: Players can earn MATHI coins when playing different games uploaded to the Mathispace ecosystem. They may earn MATHI by completing challenging levels, opening crates, or even completing tasks; any possibility can be created in the game;
Skill-based Challenges: Players will be able to pay an entry fee to enter a challenge, such as a tournament, card game, escape room, or any other type of competitive event. The winner will receive the entire prize pool. Experienced creators can draw a portion of the prize pool from the entire pool to create and host experiences;
Tips: A player who happens to be a game streamer can earn a small amount of MATHI based on their audience size or proficiency in any game.
Creator
Asset Sales Revenue: Founders can sell assets on the market and receive 100% of the asset's MATHI price;
In-game purchases: Experienced creators will be able to establish various monetisation systems, allowing them to charge players for exclusive content. These monetisation techniques include item purchases, data enhancements, subscriptions, and even entry fees for games themselves;
Creator Fund: In the initial stage of the ecosystem, we will have a reward program to incentivise creators to fill market gaps with outstanding voxel creations. In return, creators will receive a significant amount of MATHI tokens;
Art Challenges: We intend to maintain a focus on the community-centric marketplace. With this in mind, we have decided to hold art challenge competitions where creators can upload their assets to win MATHI tokens from the prize pool, which will depend on how many votes they receive from the community based on their assets;
Crowdfunding Requests: We will enable a section of the marketplace for individuals and user groups to request a certain type of asset in exchange for MATHI provided by all requesters.
From June 2024 until the specified target issuance amount is reached, the company will strategically sell and issue 20.00% of MATHI tokens to the market. During this period, adjustments to the issuance mechanism may be made based on the progress of issuance to align with the company's development needs. Additionally, the company will allocate tokens to several key sectors to ensure it has sufficient dominance on Mathispace and enable various parties to benefit from the token economy effectively. Moreover, the tokens from the free player reward pool will be released periodically with a target timeframe of 6 years.
MATHI Allocation Mechanism:
Lock-up Periods and Schedules:
Strategic Sales MATHI:
40% locked for 18 months, with a 6-month observation period
60% locked for 3 years, with a 12-month observation period
Seed Sales MATHI allocated to investors:
100% locked for 3 years, with a 12-month observation period
Advisor Shareholders’ MATHI:
100% locked for 5 years, with a 12-month observation period
As the number of community creators, players, and market assets increases, so will the demand for utility tokens to reward the increased number of stakeholders participating in the platform.
Growth Model and KPIs:
Key success factors in building the ecosystem include ensuring organic growth for creators and players on the value proposition offered by Mathispace while ensuring customer satisfaction. To ensure the progressive growth of the community and its model, we have identified some key variables that will be measured and incentivised through marketing, promotions and communication strategies to ensure the growth of the ecosystem:
Creator growth rate
Player growth rate
New assets created and uploaded by each creator
New assets created and uploaded by Mathispace
Sold assets created by creators per month
Sales assets generated by Mathispace monthly
Inflation rate for assets in the market
The average price (in MATHI) of each asset developed by a creator
Average price per asset developed by Mathispace (in MATHI)
Asset price rise
Initial supply of MATHI
MATHI will initially be provided to creators and players
MATHI price (USD or USDT)
In the market, the commission is 0.1% or less
Therefore, while the total supply of MATHI is fixed, the initial amount of MATHI provided by creators and players to the ecosystem will be limited due to the scarcity effect caused by several key factors:
The increasing number of creators and users will eventually reduce the MATHI available per person.
The reward effect increases the time users hold MATHI.
Mathispace will adopt an effective burning mechanism to make the circulation of MATHI in Mathispace more scarce and ensure that users who hold MATHI will have a strong desire to hold them. The following are three burning mechanisms adopted by Mathispace:
Platform buyback: The platform will regularly repurchase MATHI tokens and burn them to reduce circulation and stabilise the token's price.
In-game consumption: MATHI tokens can be used to pay for in-game items and services, and a portion of the consumed MATHI tokens will be burned.
Governance voting: MATHI holders can use tokens for voting, with the initiator of the vote required to stake a certain amount of tokens, and a certain number of tokens will be burned during the voting process.
